Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Percent Club. You're responsible for your account, keeping your password safe, and everything that happens under it.

Provide an email address you control. We use it for account security, verification and important service messages.

Usernames are first come, first served, case-insensitive and unique. You don't own a username — you're granted the right to use it while your account is in good standing.

We may reclaim usernames that impersonate others, infringe trademarks, are inactive and squatted, or violate these terms. When you change or give up a username, it's held for 30 days before anyone else can claim it.

You keep ownership of what you post: text, links, images and GIFs. You grant Percent Club a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, resize and distribute that content solely to operate and promote the service.

You're responsible for having the rights to everything you upload and link to.

Follow our Community Guidelines. In particular, you may not:

• impersonate people or organisations, or mislead others about who you are
• post illegal content, or link to malware, phishing or scams
• harass, threaten or dox anyone
• post sexual content involving minors — ever
• abuse the service with spam, automated accounts, scraping or attempts to bypass limits or security

Premium is a one-time payment of $9.99 USD that unlocks Premium features for the lifetime of your Percent Club account. It is not a subscription and never renews.

“Lifetime” means for as long as your account exists and Percent Club operates. Fair-use limits (file sizes, storage, rates) apply to “unlimited” features.

If a payment is refunded, disputed or charged back, Premium and the associated verified badge may be removed. Premium is personal and non-transferable.

We may remove content, suspend or ban accounts that violate these terms or the guidelines, or when required by law. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

Percent Club is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it fast and available but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. We aren't responsible for third-party sites you or others link to.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms. If changes are material we'll notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Percent Club means you accept the updated terms.
